The Awaken gateway is connected to awareness, clarity, and your body’s connection to the world around you. When this area opens, many people feel more present, alert, and in tune with themselves.

Pause

The Pause gateway invites the body to slow down and shift out of constant stress mode. It supports calm, stillness, and the ability to rest, reset, and regulate more naturally.

Passion

The Passion gateway is linked to the heart space, emotion, and connection. When this area is supported, it can help the body release emotional tension and create more openness, ease, and flow.

Centre

Who Can Benefit from Spinal Flow?

Spinal Flow may benefit anyone who feels like their body has been carrying stress, tension, or overwhelm for too long. Because it is gentle, light-touch, and adapted to each person, it can support people of all ages, from newborns to seniors.

Babies & Children

Helps with settling the nervous system, sleep patterns, and stress held in the body. Sessions are gentle and often short, around 10–15 minutes.

Teenagers

For stress, emotional tension, posture-related tension, and everyday overwhelm, with gentle support for nervous-system balance and overall well-being.

We begin by talking through what you have been experiencing, then use the Seven Gateways Assessment to better understand where stress and tension may be showing up in the body. From there, your practitioner works with light touch along specific access points to help support your body’s natural healing response.

About

For 17 years, I worked in healthcare and saw both the value and the limits of traditional care.

In 2023, that became deeply personal when I was diagnosed with an autoimmune condition. Even after treatment, I was still living with daily pain and overwhelming fatigue, and I knew I needed to look deeper.

That search led me to Spinal Flow. After just two sessions, I felt a shift I hadn’t felt in years. The pain began to ease, and my body finally felt calmer.

Now, as a Spinal Flow Practitioner, I bring together my healthcare background and personal healing journey to support others with gentle, grounded care and the hope that things can get better.
